SOP - How to Update Email Address, Groups & Roles
Email Address Change Process:
This SOP explains how does the Email Address and Group Allocation can be changed for a Lisenced agents
Step:1
Click the setting icon >> Go to admin setting >> Go to user management >> Select The Agent icon

Step:2
List of Agents Names will appear on the next page. Click the Name of the agent, changes needs to be done >> Click the edit button ( Pen highlighted)
Step 3:
In the highlighted section we can change the Email Id of the Agent, we also have the option of changing the first & last name phone number etc.
Step 5 :
To change the email address >>Click to proceed
Step 6:
Click to proceed >>click to confirm the email address.
Post that we can scroll down the tool bar >> we have the options of setting up Groups and Roles
Post changing the Email Address, Name, Group and Roles >> Click to update.
